WeBill Health

Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the WeBill Health website and any services WeBill Health provides. By accessing this website or engaging WeBill Health, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or the services.

2. Services

WeBill Health provides specialty-focused Revenue Cycle Management and revenue defense services, including end-to-end RCM, denial defense analytics, credentialing and payer enrollment, clinical virtual assistance, revenue health audits, compliance oversight, and telehealth revenue management. The specific services provided to your practice are defined in a separate signed service agreement between your practice and WeBill Health. Where these Terms and a signed service agreement conflict, the service agreement controls.

3. Eligibility and Provider Responsibilities

You represent that you are authorized to engage WeBill Health on behalf of your practice. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely clinical documentation, coding inputs, credentialing information, and payer details necessary for WeBill Health to perform its services. WeBill Health’s performance depends on the accuracy and timeliness of the information your practice provides.

4. Fees and Revenue Share

WeBill Health operates on a revenue share alignment model. Fees, billing terms, and payment schedules are defined in your signed service agreement. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding quote or final pricing.

5. Protected Health Information and HIPAA

WeBill Health handles protected health information as a business associate under HIPAA. The handling, safeguarding, use, and disclosure of protected health information are governed by a separate Business Associate Agreement executed between your practice and WeBill Health. That Business Associate Agreement, together with applicable law, controls all matters involving protected health information.

6. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other party’s confidential information and to use it only as necessary to perform under the service agreement. This obligation survives termination.

7. Intellectual Property

The website, its content, and the WeBill Health name, logo, and materials are owned by WeBill Health and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute them without written permission.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The website may reference third-party payers, tools, or websites. WeBill Health does not control and is not responsible for third-party content or services.

9. Disclaimers

The website is provided on an as-is basis. WeBill Health makes no warranty that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. Performance metrics referenced on this website reflect results WeBill Health has achieved and are not a guarantee of specific outcomes for any individual practice. Actual results depend on factors including payer mix, specialty, documentation quality, and claim volume.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeBill Health is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Liability arising from the services is governed by the limitations set out in your signed service agreement.

11. Termination

WeBill Health may suspend or terminate website access at its discretion. Termination of services is governed by your signed service agreement.
